Renaissance / रिनैशाँ: Bhaaratiya Navajagaran Ka Itihaas

<p>If the renaissance took place in Europe it was a continuous process in India. It is not proper to believe that India was sleeping at that time.</p><p>After the arrival of the BrIt'sh some permanent changes did happen. On the one hand they gave an inferiority complex to the Indians while on the other they also awakened some drowsy civilization. India realized that their culture is thousands of years old but it does not mean that it is beyond the modern world. India has many such sources which have played an important role in the making of the modern world. Be it art science religion music or education - India achieved heights in every field during a century.</p><p>Often it is also called Bengal Renaissance but it was not limited to Bengal alone. Nor was it limited to one religion or one caste. It was a pan-India phenomenon.</p>
