Reorganization of Bulgarian companies in the UK

This book compares the Bulgarian reorganization procedure to the reorganization in the United Kingdom and explains how the differences between them might lead to forum shopping. The systems were chosen because there is evidence of Bulgarian companies using the UK Schemes of arrangements procedure to reorganize and avoid insolvency using different forum. The research will show what the incentives are behind such a behaviour and under which circumstances it is feasible.
