Excerpt from Reported Cases on Costs: 1867 1891<br><br>The following pages contain a collection of verbatim reprints of the Reports of Cases on questions relating to Costs decided in Ireland since 1867 and also of such of the English cases on the Solicitors'' Remuneration Act as are applicable to the law in this country.<br><br>It is hoped that the collection will prove of use to the legal professions of both countries as collecting in one volume cases which are scattered through many volumes and series of Reports.<br><br>The Council Wish to acknowledge their obligations and return their best thanks to the Incorporated Councils of Law Reporting for Ireland and for England and Wales respectively and to the proprietors of the Irish Law Times the Weekly Reporter the Law Times and the Solicitors'' Journal for their permission to reprint from their several publications the Reports which are here incorporated.
