Reproductive problems pregnancy and childbirth among indigenous people in the mountains

This paper presents reproductive problems (menarche fertility gynecological morbidity) characteristics of clinical course of pregnancy and childbirth features of hemodynamic adaptation of mother and fetus in inhabitants of high altitude regions of the world: middle altitude Tien-Shan (Karakol Naryn urban settlement Min-Kush. Karakol Naryn Min-Kush township 1800 - 2300 m above sea level) and high altitude regions of Pamir-Alai (Sary-Tash Daurat-Korgon Murgab village 3000 - 4500 m above sea level). Also presented a comparative analysis of data in indigenous mountainous regions of Himalaya (Nepal Vaktapur 1402 - 2791 m above sea level) and the Arabian Peninsula (Republic of Yemen duan Al-Guera 2200 - 2800 m above sea level).
