The purpose of this project is to evaluate the relevance of the Human Talent Management Technology Program at Fundación Universitaria Antonio de Arévalo UNITECNAR based on information from follow-up surveys of graduates and employers. To achieve this objective an exploratory type of research will be used to collect secondary information and develop a preliminary analysis of the situation as well as a descriptive research with a transversal design. A survey through structured interviews was established as the method for collecting information since it is possible to maintain a direct relationship with the population to whom the study is directed. As a result it is expected to know the relevance of the program of the Faculty of Economic Sciences.
