The process provides parties the opportunities to achieve resolution and reconciliation at the lowest possible level of formality and outside involvement.</p><p><em>Autobiography</em>: In 2022 Dr. Hezekiah Brown Arbitrator-Mediator celebrated 50 years as a peace-making mediation specialist dedicated to quality service in conflict prevention and resolution. He is a former Director of Labor-Management Programs at Cornell University Extension a Federal Mediator and Chairman of the New York State Mediation Board. He has successfully Arbitrated and Mediated over 5000 Labor-Management and community disputes including the Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. He has also successfully mediated disputes at the United Nation.</p>
