Response of embryonic maternal liver mitochondrial membranes

The effect of pesticides on the embryo depends on the dose duration of drug administration and gestational age. However such important issues as the functioning of membrane-bound enzymes of mitochondria of differentiating tissues under the action of pesticides are insufficiently studied. In connection with the above stated it is of undoubted interest to find out the state of oxidative phosphorylation activity of some polyenzyme systems phospholipid composition and some other properties of mitochondrial membranes of liver mitochondria of embryos maternal organism and placenta under the action of pesticides.
