Restorative Justice and Violence

Work carried out from the union of two articles that seek to jointly analyse Restorative Justice. The first article deals with the possibility of applying Restorative Justice in cases of Domestic Violence. The second seeking to analyse the application of Restorative Justice in cases of juvenile violence from the context of marginalisation and cycle of criminalisation of poverty from a Marxist analysis. For then after landing in the context of the Theory of the Fetish of Justice being raised the elements of replacement of the Reduction of the Penal Majority by the application of Restorative Justice.
