Resurrection

The reason I have titled the book Resurrection is as it has a special meaning to me. Although it was more of an instinct. Having suffered through clinical depression for quite a long time March 2021 is when a new era began unfolding. Never before have I felt this free it felt as if I had opened a new door. Thus resurrection is symbolic for me as it resembles a part of me that has fallen into a deep slumber and my spirit has been renewed similar to being raised from the dead as what resurrection stands for. Thus my poems portray a rhythm of ups and downs feelings evolving being moulded. I hope that these poems can touch peoples hearts even if they may be just one. I wish to pass on the lessons I have learned. The greatest lesson Life goes on death is not an end but rebirth.
