Reverse Logistics in Battery and Cell Phone Disposal

Reverse Logistics in Battery and Cell Phone Disposal Subsidies for the Construction of a Management Model This study focused on researching reverse logistics in battery and cell phone disposal in the municipality of Chapecó Santa Catarina. In this study customers stores and cell phone and battery retailers were surveyed as well as multi-brand retailers in order to correctly diagnose the situation regarding the disposal of these products. To validate the model a study was also conducted with a group of experts (focus group) who gave their opinions on the improvements needed to the proposed model.
