Revisiting Teacher Education: Inclusive Education in Perspective

Employing high quality teacher educators is of paramount importance today since they are entrusted with the responsibility of ensuring the quality of novice teachers. Teacher educators are entrusted with the crucial task of preparing teachers to face diverse learners in classrooms for effective inclusive education. Yet there is a surprisingly sparse knowledge base on how teacher educators are themselves prepared for this mammoth task. This book based on research funded by ICSSR explores the area of teacher education for inclsion.
