Rice Production in The Gambia

Women in the developing countries has contributed immensely towards national food security. This book explained very important roles performed by women of The Gambia as producers decision makers and marketers in rice production. Despite the significant roles they preformed their level of production and yields continue to be very low due to the challenges they faced which were are also incorporated in the book.
