The play portrays King Richard's thirst for power and his journey of achieving this goal through every possible means. The plot traverses through his evil scheming against Duke of Clarence the death of Edward IV his marriage to Lady Anne to his final ascension to the throne. As he begins his kingship evil overflows to begin a haunting series of murders finally ending in his own death!
