<p><strong>The most terrifying words I've ever heard were from my son telling me he didn't want to live. </strong></p><p></p><p>Sadly this became a reality. At the time I had no idea of what to do besides get professional help from his physician. Since that time I have researched and studied many options that no one informed me of with the intention of giving people the information I wish I had been given. This book is a result of that research. The suggestions included are strategies that can be implemented along with medical advice but keep in mind that the root cause needs to be determined to effectively address the problems. Psychiatrists are inclined to prescribe medications but medications alone cannot solve the problem as they just mask the symptoms. Our well-being is comprised of our whole being which includes mind body and spirit therefore healing needs to occur in all areas of our life.</p><p></p>
