Right to food as a human right of the family

The right to food as a fundamental right is one of the problems that mainly afflicts human beings throughout the world in this sense it is said that if a human being is deprived of this fundamental right his death has a legal connotation that his death is the product of a murder.For this reason the human being has the right to food but it should not be understood that it should be free but this right should be protected protected by international standards as this standard states in Article 11 of the International Covenant on Economic Social and Cultural Rights that the human being is assigned the right to food also includes clothing security standard of living and / or quality of life and that allows him to find his integral development within society.Thus also in sequence this right in particular must be addressed and protected by the States and these must intervene directly respecting the right to food of the human person i.e. not hindering with regulatory barriers taxes affecting their own production and / or marketing of food.
