Right to food in Haiti

The Justiciability of the Right to Food in Haiti responds above all to an academic requirement but it is also a contribution to the academic reflection on the issue of the justiciability of the right to food. The objective of this research work intended for the academic community the vulnerable categories of society who are daily victims of violation of their right to food lawyers Haitian jurists civil society and national authorities is to offer them a support to understand the application of the right to food in the legal framework of Haiti in order to be able to participate in its full justiciability including its promotion its realization and its implementation.
