Right to Health under the Constitution of India

Health is a state of complete physical mental social well being not merely the absence of disease and without distinction of race religion political belief economic or social condition . The right to health is a fundamental part of our human right to every human being and it is not included directly in as a fundamental right in the Indian Constitution . The Constitution maker imposed this duty on State to ensure social and economic justice.
