This study on The right to the image of the deceased in the Democratic Republic of the Congo raised a number of questions: What is the scope of the right to the image under Congolese law? What about deceased persons? By way of hypothesis we have said that the content of the right to image is superficially governed by the constitution of the Democratic Republic of Congo of February 18 2006 in its article 31 since it emphasizes respect for privacy.Indeed with the development of the Internet it''s becoming easier and easier to take photos and distribute them worldwide. What many people are unaware of is that individuals and personal property are protected by a rigorous right to image. Violations are innumerable but not all go unpunished. The right to one''s image could therefore be a right that everyone has over their own image or that of their private property.
