RIINA - Thoughts of a troubled mind

<p class=ql-align-justify>Of course committing a crime it is only right that you are punished. But what of your mental health no matter the crime?</p><p class=ql-align-justify>To keep my own demons at bay I devised a word game: I wrote down words that started with my surname; choosing a word that described my feeling at that time I wrote a short paragraph. </p><p class=ql-align-justify>'The darkness' of my depressive thoughts with 'Into the light' were how I taught myself to have a more positive attitude; and I realised I had the ability to defeat the depressive demons in my head. </p><p class=ql-align-justify>I would like this book to encourage all those like me who have suffered mental health issues to do likewise. At last mental health is no longer taboo; they say it is good to talk; that is not always possible. But with pen and paper with a few words like me you too can walk back into the dawn of a new day.</p>
