Rise Up and Above

What do you think is our life’s most valuable asset? Is it your job home family friends or colleagues? I know the answer has already popped up in your mind. And yes you are right. But in my opinion the most valuable asset on this big blue marble is TIME. But why? Freezing the needles of time is beyond the powers of human beings nor can we reset it. With time we witness scores of episodes in our life the lives of others and even the entire planet. Yes I am referring to our time on this planet earth. Our life is a series of events that may endow us with some setbacks emotional struggles success or happiness. As you can see whenever we encounter emotional battles like grief guilt shame anxiety or despair we try to rewind the events to make them right. To prevent terrible situations from unfolding we search for the key that will turn back time and fix all those mistakes. But is it even possible? The answer is no as far as I am aware. We enter a state of low emotional energy in which we struggle with our emotions unfavorable thoughts fear and limiting beliefs.
