Risk Management and Decision Making in Strategy Implementation

The purpose of this book is to shed some light on the connection between strategy decision making and risk management. In order that goal to be achieved two main paradigms were examined the Rio- Antirio bridge case and the evaluation under strict scientific research approach of the risk management mechanisms in Greek Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). Although the author of this book didn’t re- invent the wheel he tried to give a holistic view of the strategy and risk management connection regarding both the evaluation of a huge project and the daily use of such mechanisms in a saturated market in a European country which was under the veil of bankruptcy.
