This book is written by an author who has been there they write from a place of bitter experience and tough research. It''s about Vietnam a country of constant traffic chaos and poor road safety implementation resulting in several causalities on a daily basis. As an Australian but with Vietnamese heritage I was envisioned to write my work on this theme and find feasible solutions to help reduce the causality rate.
