<p>In a city where all rail road and underground traffic are computerised Hugh Ryan a Transport Authority controller generally has a very boring job.</p><p>In his wildest dreams he couldn't have envisioned it'd be his job to drag the hijacked city out of absolute gridlock by outwitting Akila Kama an African terrorist who's taken the city and kidnapped foreign heads of state. While all traffic inside the city is at a standstill a local crimelord working with the terrorist has decided to make matters worse by double-crossing Kama...and there's no doubt that there's a mole somewhere in Transport Authority helping him.</p>
