Six years ago Bruce Moffatt was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma. To keep friends and family updated on his health and the ever-changing challenges of this chronic disease he sent emails to about fifty people in the friends and family circle. The feedback on Bruces writing and communication skills was both flattering and encouraging. Bruce was soon convinced that his written words could help someone else battling this illness. Hence Rock Paper Scissors was born.Bruce shares glimpses of his life with the reader. And he writes about his doctors the medications and all of the treatments he has endured. This book offers an opportunity to share Bruces experiences in dealing with Multiple Myeloma on a daily basis. It is not an authoritative medical journal nor an outline for expectations regarding a personal course of treatment. We are all unique and the way cancer affects similar individuals can be dramatically different.
