ROCKING CHAIR

<p>Music is an abstract force that flows through the heart of the World for most people an essential ingredient creating a soundtrack to their lives but even more than that bringing peace meaning harmony to a sometimes fractious existence.</p><p>Yet music also causes great conflict; each person carries a belief that ‘their’ music is the standard by which everything should be judged no-one else’s music has <em>that</em> strength <em>that</em> vitality <em>that</em> meaning – wrong of course but therein lies the paradox.</p><p>So given the truly random nature of fame what becomes of those who pursue it to no avail? Having mortgaged their future in pursuit of such idle dreams what happens with a leftover life to kill?</p>
