Role of Farm Women engaged in Sericulture in Malda district WB India

Women’s are playing a major role in silk production as they constitute about 60-70% of the labour force in sericulture & silk industry without having any role in decision making. In this scenario empowerment of farm women in sericulture assumes great importance. The book principally depicted the existing role of farm women engaged in sericulture sector in WB India.
