Despite long-standing grievances between the two families they still secretly got married. However fate was unfortunate as Romeo was exiled for killing Juliet's cousin. Juliet chose to feign death to escape her parents' arranged marriage while Romeo mistook it for real and committed suicide at her grave. After Juliet woke up she found Romeo dead and resolutely sacrificed herself for love. Their tragic love ultimately led to the end of the feud between the two major families.
