<p>After a holiday in China to meet extended family Australian schoolboy Ronnie Ma is encouraged to stay on in China as an exchange student by his parents and cousin Mei-Lin and her family. During a trip to the breathtaking Ice Festival in Harbin Ronnie Mei-Lin and his tiny dog Tiger stumble upon what seems to be a gang of high-tech thieves plotting to hijack a major jewelry launch at the festival.</p><p>Can Ronnie and Mei-Lin convince the police of the gang's master plan and thwart the heist?
