Rotary instrumentation has made a quantum leap in the field of endodontics. It has greatly increased the efficiency of dental service rendered by making endodontics faster better and easier. The use of rotary instrumentation for primary teeth pulpectomies has proven to be cost effective faster and has resulted in consistently uniform predictable fills. There is continuous evolution in field of endodontics in pediatric dentistry.It is important to remember that the basic principles and philosophy of pediatric endodontics has changed little. Hence a broader mindset is required to accept newer advances while still adhering to the fundamentals of scientific reasoning and rationalization.
