Welcome to my recipe book! My gluten-free cooking journey began in Italy where I fell in love with pizza and pasta only to discover I had a gluten intolerance after returning to India. The pandemic turned me into a passionate cook adapting my favorite dishes to be gluten-free. Though my intolerance has faded I still love gluten-free meals for their inclusivity and flavor. This book is a collection of my labor of love filled with recipes tested and approved by family friends and those with celiac disease. I hope you enjoy making these dishes as much as I do!
