Roy's Daughters in an Age of Despots

<p>While the Sanders' sisters cope with teenage and early twenty something age conflicts the world is threatened by a Cuban missile crisis and a Russian dictator. The sisters' father Roy at his job with the State Department manages the danger as best he can as he supports President Kennedy in a mission to preserve world peace. Sarah Sanders the careful older sister travels to a military base in Europe and Rita the more carefree younger sibling begins a friendship with a foreign student who has been in a South American revolution.</p>
