The Perioplastic surgeries are the new innovations in this aspect procurement of connective tissues graft is a challenge and requires a good anatomic knowledge of the gingival thickness. Diversifying the graft harvesting area and finding its clinical implications has always been a challenge. So this piece of work focuses on identifying the rugae patterns and equating it with the thickness of healthy palatal mucosa.
