P. Anthony (Tony) Burnham has practiced employers-side labor and employment law and Human Resources in Southern California and internationally for over forty years. In representing multi-national mid-sized and smaller employers he has become aware of all the incredible transitions taking place in employment business and with individuals. These largely irreversible changes are being driven by increased globalization technological advances and demographics. His acclaimed first book Employed for Life was about the permanent changes taking place in the new workplace and how individuals can take full advantage of them.
