<p>A computer megavirus crafted by the nefarious organization ImperiCorp wreaks havoc upon the city. Objects from vehicles to vending machines have become tools for corporate surveillance reacting with aggressive behavior if provoked after infection.</p><p><br></p><p>With this insidious array of weaponized machines ImperiCorp has thinned The Rebellion's offensive forces to three remaining agents: Jett Nerva and Lorik.</p><p><br></p><p>The last of the Runners.</p><p><br></p><p>These rebels patiently await a calling from their mysterious allies The Fates who summon them to infiltrate the ImperiCorp mainframe and free the city at last from its digital chokehold...but Nerva has started hearing strange voices in her head and the Rebellion's trust in The Fates is about to be tested beyond the limits of expectation.</p><p><br></p><p>The day is May 13th in an age not too far away.
