From a firsthand perspective he tells about the good bad the interesting and the downright odd things that sometimes occur as he performs his job duties.</p> <p>Boswell though legally blind tries to find the humor in the situations he faces. In Running on Empty he shares his life’s narratives to help others especially those like him who live with disabilities to find the humor and the faith in God needed to make the most out of life.</p>
