Ruth: Lessons From The Bible

About The Book

Ruth is an Old Testament character whose role in the history of Israel is understood through the genealogy of Jesus. She is a Moabite woman who is married to an Israeli nomad. She becomes a widow at a very early age. Then she decides to dedicate her life to the service of her mother-in-law and her husband's household despite having the option of returning back to her kin and her family. Yet God chose Ruth for a very important role. She was the great-grandmother of David. Let us look at the life of Ruth her choices and her obedience to find out why God used her so and how we can follow her example.
