S4000P International specification for developing and continuously improving preventive maintenance Issue 2.1

<p>S4000P is an international trans-Atlantic specification developed for the purpose of developing and continuously improve preventive maintenance. The rigorous process described in the specification is used to develop and justify applicable and effective Preventive Maintenance Task Requirements (PMTR) on an analytical basis and/or to have influence on the design for the supported product under analysis in due time. S4000P is also used to review the preventive maintenance tasks during the life of the supported product thus enabling a continuous improvement of such maintenance tasks based on -in service data feedback.</p><p>S4000P is an integral part of the S-Series of Integrated Product Support (IPS) specifications.</p>
