R. Ambedkar Peeth of Himachal Pradesh University. Dr Chaman Lal originally belongs to Ghiod (Raipur Maidan) Ramghardhar Kutlehar District Una Himachal Pradesh. He holds a Bachelor of Science B.Ed M.Ed and a Masters degree in Political Science and a P.hD degree in Education. He has passed NET and JRF examination in Education Political Science subjects. Dr Chaman Lal has worked on 17 books and more than 50 research papers. He is also Co-Vice Chair of the International Professional Development Association (IPDA).
