Any young reader is going to benefit from it in some way. I found it extremely useful when teaching children about emotions and what they can do to get over the bad patches. It explains the ideas simply so that children will readily pick up on the information the author has provided. As an adult who is currently experiencing a dark cloud I found the book helpful and it even made me feel better so think of how much good it could do for a child. The illustrations are cute and grab the reader's attention. I enjoyed every page Lauren Martin has written and I hope she continues to produce more educational content for children.
