Saint Elmo's Light: Collected Stories of J Thomas Brown

Saint Elmos Light is a collection of thirteen short stories by J Thomas Brown. The blue-violet light of Saint Elmos fire caused by a molecular tearing apart of plasma in the air is brightest at the end of pointed objects such as ships masts and lightning rods where the surface is at its highest curvature. The stories are concentrated in the area of high curvature where phenomena are more intense. The smell of rain is in the wind mixed with the pungent odor of ozone.
