About the Author: Dr. Abhishikha Patel holds a Ph.D. in Management from Rani Durgawati Vishvavidhyalay where she completed her doctoral research under the guidance of Dr. Gyanandre Tripathi. She also holds an MBA with dual specializations in Human Resource Management and Marketing. Her academic interests include HR management psychology and education. Ms. Gargi Sharma has been serving as an Assistant Professor at Sai College for the past eight years. Her areas of expertise lie in Finance and Marketing having earned an MBA in these fields. In addition she holds degrees in B.Ed. M.Ed. and an MA in English Literature.
