Post-retirement he transitioned into Corporate Consultancy and Liaison Work. Ashok is the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of the digital Hindi magazine The Dangi Times which he has been publishing for the past five years. An accomplished author his debut novel Shabash Beti (1993) received widespread acclaim. His second book Salesman Ki Diary draws from his extensive professional journey and offers valuable insights into the sales industry. Ashok is also actively engaged in various social organizations.
