SALT STRESS AND HYDROGEN PEROXIDE IN COTTON CULTIVATION

About The Book

the present project aims to evaluate the morphophysiology and production components of naturally colored cotton plant ''BRS Jade'' under foliar spraying with hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) on acclimatization to salt stress where the plants will be conducted in lysimeters under field conditions in the Center for Science and Agro-Food Technology belonging to the Federal University of Campina Grande. The treatments will be distributed in the randomized block design in a 5 x 5 factorial arrangement being five levels of electrical conductivity of the irrigation water - CEa (0.3; 2.0; 3.7; 5.4 and 7.1 dS m-1) and five concentrations of hydrogen peroxide (0 25 50 75 and 100 μM) with three repetitions.
