Samoogamum Poraattamum / சமூகமும் போராட்டமும்

On a daily basis we face a lot of social problems and there is a political reason behind every one of them. But knowingly or unknowingly we bypass these problems. The solutions to those social problems have been made possible with the effort of various protests by the people. Every citizen of a country have the basic right to protest which is constitutional. No one at the power can take away the right to protest from the people. But constantly this right has been grabbed away from the people.  Politics is not about voting once in five years and keeping quiet until the next election. There are a number new laws and amendments that are being enacted over the course of five years. Democracy is incomplete without us the citizens look into it scrutinise it and point out the positives and negatives of it to the government.
