This book is written with the blessings of Swami Purnananda His disciple my Gurumata Yogeshwari Saraswati and others. The book discusses about Atma – Kalpana – Spandan i.e. vibration and Kriya. The soul was separated from Swarup and there were three stages of deviation resulting in ill effects at each stage. The methodology to go to Swarup following the Shiddhashram way has been discussed in very simple manner. Satipati Sengupta is a Kolkata based Consulting Engineer. Currently a writer – busy primarily with the thoughts of the Ajapa Yogis of Gyanganj and their disciples. He is a bilingual author and currently trying to focus in English the details of life and works of Swami Purnananda Paramahansa Gurumata Yogeshwari Saraswati and other Yogis who have followed Ajapa method practiced by seers of Shiddhashram in Gyanganj.
