Sanctification

About The Book

Paget Wilkes was a Christian missionary in Japan in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. He along with Barclay Buxton worked in a difficult mission field and preached a full gospel to the people of Japan. Both of them realized the need for the Japanese to become the pastors teachers and evangelists to their own people. They preached 'sanctification' as an immediate and continuous process of the Holy Spirit's work in the hearts of believers. Paget wrote a number of works concerning this subject and others. The Japanese Evangelistic Band eventually took on this work to publish worldwide. This book is a simple heartfelt message concerning God's desire for his people to be cleansed from their sin so that they might walk with Him in close and intimate fellowship and find usefulness as a 'vessel of honor' in His hands.
