Santa Shishunala Shareefa

This book reads a biography of a 19th century poet saint- Snta Shishunala Shareefa also known as the Kabir of Karnataka. The moral poetries (tatvapadas) composed by Shareef Ajja exhibits the social religious moral and ethical challenges a layman faces in the everyday life and a means to face and overcome the challenges. This piece of writing highlights the deep intensity of an unwavered relation between the Spiritual Master- Sri Govinda Bhatt and his Shishya (Shareefa) respectively. The charismatism in exhibiting their miracles to the society is indeed remarkable.
