Sao Paulo Blues

John is a discredited CIA agent who has worked as a liaison with the drug cartels. He was escorted back to Sao Paulo in the final days before the critical 1989 Brasilian presidential election. The invasion of Panama is imminent waiting on negotiations that John will conduct with a cartel associate who has fled to Brasil. A false story has John questioning the agency's motives while he pursues his own corrupt agenda.
