Sapna is a compilation of two plays. Both plays are like two sides of the same coin. While Sapna is a very emotional drama Kaamkaji Daftar is a comedy satire. Female feticide is the most heinous crime against humanity and especially the entire female race. In many places in India even today the desire of having a son to avoid giving dowry and the male dominated social structure gives rise to a situation where the daughters birth is prevented at any cost. Sapna is an attempt to create awareness about such serious crimes. The Kaamkaji Daftar is an attempt to spread awareness about corruption. By the way both plays are a fictional creation but many scenes in it are inspired by real life and based on true events.
