Sargon the Not So Great

<p><strong>Sargon knows he's not cut out to be a hero.</strong> He's a loatron; a scale-covered horned goat-like creature whose magical gift is running away. When he's frightened his magical defense kicks in and he runs. Fast. Really really fast. Which would be great except he can't control where he's going. While his fierce little sister dreams of becoming a great warrior Sargon just wants to stop being called a coward.</p><p></p><p>When the fearsome dragon Fyriun attacks his village Sargon's mouth makes a promise his hooves can't keep. He vows to kill the dragon. Things go from bad to worse when Fyriun kidnaps Sargon's best friend. Now Sargon must lead a ragtag quest to the dragon's lair facing mermaids with magical curses his sword-swinging sister who runs off to join Vikings and the uncomfortable truth that he might have to become the hero he's been pretending to be.</p>
